"It Must Be Him" is a popular song written by Gilbert Bécaud in 1966.
It originally had French lyrics by Maurice Vidalin and was recorded by
Bécaud as "Seul Sur Son Étoile". In 1967, an English version with
lyrics by Mack David and was recorded by Vikki Carr and was a hit
around the world, reaching #3 in the United States, #2 in the UK,
and #1 in Australia. The original English recording of the song
was featured in the 1987 Norman Jewison film Moonstruck.
On February 16, 1970, Vicki Carr appeared on television as a guest
on The David Frost Show and performed her biggest hit song
"It Must Be Him" in front of a live studio audience.

known by her stage name Vikki Carr, is an American vocalist. She has had
a singing career that spans more than five decades. Born in El Paso, Texas,
to Mexican parents, she has performed in a variety of musical genres,
including pop, jazz and country, while her greatest success has come from
singing in Spanish. Vikki Carr has won three Grammys and was honored with
a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008 at the 9th Annual Latin Grammy Awards.
